Grilled Lamb Chops with Roasted Potatoes
Many of you have reached out asking for some ideas for the herbs & spices mixtures that we have at

• Primagoccia Olive Oil
Mix the herbs, salt and spices with enough olive oil to coat the lamb and potatoes respectively, and coat the meat and potatoes. Let it sit for 10-15 mins (up to 30)
Bake potatoes in a preheated oven at 425F for 20-30mins depending on size, I like using smaller potatoes for this, to shorten the cooktime and decrease amount of time spent chopping pieces.
Fire up the grill and let it heat to high heat for 10mins, lower to med high, lamb chops go on for 5mins each side for a delicious medium rare. Increase cooking time if that isn’t your liking.
