We like our Nodini simple, just a drizzle of high quality extra virgin olive oil, salt & pepper. Nodini translates to Knots, which is exactly what these are, made from the hand drawn filaments of Fior di Latte.
Lovely Pugliese terroir expression here with the Nodini, Olive Oil & Salt from the Italian Region.
With some home-baked wholewheat sourdough bread, this is lunch perfection.
