Moro Formaggi

Moro Formaggi was founded with the aim of rediscovering time-honoured traditions and revaluing products that had gradually been overlooked, breathing new life into a family craft that began in the early 1950s. What started as an idea soon became a passion: not only producing cheese, but also refining and aging it, in order to recover the aromas, flavours, and colours that once defined the cheeses of the past.
Tradition is expressed through craftsmanship and deep respect for heritage. Style, on the other hand, is reflected in the careful selection of consistently high-quality raw materials. While remaining true to this identity, ongoing research is always focused on rediscovering and perfecting each product, with the goal of delighting and surprising the palate.
The range is led by cheeses infused with Raboso and Prosecco, alongside specialties aged with Moscato, Amarone, and beer. The selection also includes cheeses matured with hay and herbs, spiced blue cheeses, caciottine with radicchio, and ash-aged cheeses enriched with truffles.
