ItalfoodOst presents: Novi Elah Dufour

Elah Dufour Novi is a historic Italian confectionery group formed in 1982 when entrepreneur Flavio Repetto brought together three venerable brands—Elah, Dufour and Novi—under one company, later joined by Baratti & Milano. It’s recognized as one of Italy’s leading sweets and chocolate producers, with production facilities in Novi Ligure, Bra and Sassello and a strong presence in the national market. The group emphasizes traditional craftsmanship combined with modern production to deliver high-quality products rooted in Italian heritage

Each brand within Elah Dufour Novi has its own specialty: Elah is known for dessert mixes, puddings and toffee-style sweets; Dufour for its classic candies and fruit-flavored gelées; and Novi for premium chocolate including its famous Nocciolato and Fondentenero lines. Together these labels reflect more than a century of confectionery tradition, selecting quality raw materials and focusing on flavor, authenticity, and artisanal care in every product.
