Freshly spun burrata from the origin area of this divine cheese, Puglia. The outer cheese shell as well as the stracciatella inside have real black truffle flakes (no extract) folded into it, infusing each ball with the unique aroma and taste of the truffle.
Our recommendation is to drizzle some high quality olive oil onto the ball and sprinkle a pinch of high quality salt. To match the terroir, we recommend Masserie di Sant'Eramo oil and salt from Puglia (both available in our online shop as well).
