Nonna's Pantry presents Giusti, the oldest producer of Balsamico di Modena DOP in the world.
The White Label by Giusti is a further exploration into the world of proper, traditionally aged Balsamic of Modena. Aged for 15 years in the Modena lofts that have been used since 1605, this balsamic is a true expression of the terroir of Emilia-Romagna, from the grapes used, the people, the tradition, and the cultural environment surrounding this ethereal substance. The 250ml size will be a cubic or champagnotta style bottle depending on availability.
