Creminos are triple layered with chocolate; two strati of gianduja (a creamy mix of hazelnut and chocolate perfected in the tradition of Baratti & Milano) and a middle bursting with bright and bold flavour. In the Extra Dark Hazelnut and Chocolate variety, the gianduja layers are exchanged for a decadent fondente, while in the Limoncello variety features two layers of blended hazelnut and white chocolate.
Gianduiotti is a delectable mix of Baratti's famous milk chocolate made from a proprietary blend of cacao beans from Ecuador and Ghana and Europe's best milk from Normandy France.
Finally, the irresistible tartufo (truffle) and tiramisu varieties feature their own unique and equally delicious strati. Tartufo is composed of a delicate dusting of cacao powder, a layer of chopped hazelnuts encased in chocolate, and gianduja fondente. An absolutely rich delight! Not to be outdone, the Tiramisu features a sprinkling of cacao powder, white chocolate, creamy coffee, and the famous gianduja.
