Grezzo is an unfiltered extra virgin olive oil crafted from traditional Italian olive varieties grown in the Abruzzo and Molise regions. Cloudy in appearance and intensely aromatic, it delivers a bold, fruity flavour reminiscent of freshly pressed olives, with notes of green grass and a peppery finish. Because it’s unfiltered, the oil retains tiny olive particles that add richness, texture, and depth — making it especially delicious drizzled over grilled vegetables, rustic soups, bruschetta, and grilled meats.
