One of a kind skirt from Malloni with an inverted waistline and a really interesting rouching all throughout connecting to a patch of material. Almost bug shell like. Really cool piece that is also comfortable and flattering.
28 inch waist material does not stretch but the measurement lower does reflect a larger size. Fits a size 6.
