CRUNCHY VOLUPTUOUSNESS
During the production stages of the famous “Cupeta Salentina” (a crunchy sweet made of almonds, melted sugar, lemon peels and a pinch of cinnamon), the air smells of pleasing fragrances and perceptions that remind colors and sounds of summe sunny days in the land of Otranto: the sun, the clear sky, the olive trees, the cicadas chirping, the rustle of almond trees that, at the end of June, naturally yelds their precious fruits. The Salentinian confectionery tradition was born from this simple and genuine environment and for 60 years ALDA intends to be an accurate interpreter, even constantly reinvented.
