In the Mediterranean Sea figs were part of the daily diet. Platone, who was called “figs eater”, recommended them to friends and students to strengthen their intellect. Halfway across the world the indigenous people fed themselves on cocoa and worshipped the drink as “God’s gift”. These ancient tastes meet in Fìcoli since 2002.
