This dessert is the result of a friendship. Mine with Chicco Berta, patron of the distillery of the same name, and with him we paired the extraordinary Tre Soli Tre grappa, with panettone with chestnuts and raisins. Conquering for balance, surprising for elegance. A meditation panettone.
