This condiment is prepared exclusively with Italian and organic ingredients and is the result of a blend of wine vinegar and cooked grape must, both coming from our own production of trebbiano grapes. This fruit has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. The condiment can be used to prepare refreshing drinks or cocktails, as a dressing, marinades or glaze.
