Nonna's Pantry presents Giusti, the oldest producer of Balsamico di Modena DOP in the world.
It is made of only cooked grape musts and old wine vinegars from organic cultivation and aged throu- gh new ageing techniques. This is a particularly thi- ck, sweet and aromatic product. The slow and long ageing, typically used for the Giusti balsamic vine- gars, gives fruity and spicy flavours to it.
