It comes from a skilful blend of oils obtained from olives of the "CORATINA", "OGLIAROLA BARESE" and "LECCINO" varieties, typical cultivars of Puglia, harvested from pot-grown olive trees, coming from the Center-South of the Province of Bari on land mainly loose limestone, rocky and mixed stony.
