Venere is a naturally black and flavoured italian rice with semi-fine grains and an intense aroma, almost freshly-baked bread like fragrance. Grown in Piemonte and Sardegna, it is processed by a sole rice mill and placed on the market by a supply chain which guarantee a traceability system.
